Hey everybody, Jared at etrailer.com. Today, I'm gonna take a look at the Steele rubber products press in slide out seal, two inch width by 15 foot length. Now, this is used to prevent water from leaking onto and pests from gaining access to the slide out of your RV. It replaces a seal originally used on cable operated slide-out systems and those are commonly found on Forest River and Keystone brand RVs. The wiper seal flexes in or out depending upon how this flight is moving and it's easy to install, by simply pressing on to an existing track located on the RV frame surrounding the slide out. Now, you can use a mallet or a trucking tool and that may aid you in your installation and that, of course, is sold separately. more

This plastic wear pad is standard on all Lippert inbound and outbound electric and hydraulic slide-outs as well as the manual slide outs, the motorized RV slide outs and the electric stabilizer jacks. So as you can see, it's got that flat round head there with a little bevel to it. And then on the other underside, it's kind of got the probe with the burrs on it to help it hold once you've got it slid-in to its slot. more

This is Jeff at etrailer.com.Today we're going to take a look at this Lippert Components venture actuator and high speed slide-out motor.Now this part'll replace the motor and the actuator on your Lippert through frame slide out. It includes both the venture actuator and the high-speed motor gearbox. Basically when power is connected to this motor, it'll extend this actuator out and allow the slide out to extend out on your RV or motor home.Basically it happens by twisting this, when your powers apply, it will twist this internal threaded screw here to your slide out and extends it out about 40 inches. And then when you click it to come back in it'll retract back in about 40 inches also.A few specs on this, the total length now we have it fully retracted. So the total length from the end of that threaded portion all the way to the back of the motor gearbox, it's right at 61 inches. more

This allows you to replace those In-Wall Slide-Out gear racks on your slide out to make sure that it's rolling properly. Now this is a replacement hydraulic actuator that's made for the Lippert hydraulic slide-out systems and it'll provide a faster and smoother slide-out room movement than your electric systems.This will provide the force to move the slide-out system on your RV and as we've mentioned gives you a lot smoother room movement.This part is made in the USA.Few specs on this. The overall length from this end to this end, is going to be right at 41 5/8 inches. Now the rod that actually moves is this one right here and the length of that goes from here, right about to there. So if we put a measurement on that, it's going to be 37 1/2 inches on just this rod length. more

If something happened to your original motor, it's just not working anymore, maybe the gears have gone bad or something else has happened to it, this is going to be that direct replacement to get you back and rolling again, so you can enjoy that slide-out and have all that room in your RV.Let's take a little closer look at it and make sure it's going to be the right slide-out motor for you. It is going to be that venture motor assembly, so this is going to be a high-speed slide-out motor, has a gear ratio of 58 to one, so definitely going to give you a fast operation of your slide-out. You can see we'll have our attachment point to the crank arm.There's a little barrel pin that's in there as well to help keep everything in place, so that connects on the other side to the rest of your assembly. Then we'll have our two connection points to make to our electrical system: red wire goes to power, black wire goes to ground. That's pretty much all there is to it for our look at the replacement high-speed motor assembly. more

This motor is going to replace the above floor slide-out gear motor for your power gear RV slide-out. As you can see, it does have the double shaft that is actuated by the bi-directional electric motor. It does have the automatic braking feature like your original did. The pin for your shafts is not included, so you will either have to use the original or pick up that piece separately, but you can see it has the same two wire plug that your original did, so it is going to plug in just the same way.It does have a mid torque power rating, and it's going to draw about 12 volts. more

This has a nice black powder coat finish on it, which is corrosion resistant. It is compatible with 12 volt DC systems, and as I mentioned, this motor does come with the large rubber gasket and the two small rubber O-rings. more

It's going to be something to lubricate the metal, protect it from the elements, make sure that it stays rust free for a long time and keeps things rolling smoothly so you can resist any kind of road grime. It's good to apply after, maybe have some heavy rain or snow and things like that and apply it kind of every couple of months or so to keep that metal protected.You want to make sure that you spray it about four to eight inches away from your target area. It does come with a little straw so you can target that a little bit more precisely.It's going to contain 15 fluid ounces of material. It is made in the USA. more

This is going to be a side mounted roller, so we can mount that up to the side there, and keep that securely in place. The roller itself is made out of a durable nylon construction, so it should be able to provide years of good service, but also resist any kind of wear and tear. The bracket is a zinc plated steel, so that also should resist any kind of rust or corrosion, and overall again, lasts for a long time for you. So the roller here is designed to help your slide-out move properly and roll right along as it should.As far as the sizing for this, our bracket here measures about two and three quarter inches long and then overall measures about one and seven eighths inches wide and about two and five eights inches tall. more

Review of Global Link RV Slide Out Parts - Replacement Roller - 295-000175- Video
Ellen: Hey everyone, I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com. Today we're taking a look at the replacement roller for RV slide outs. This is going to be a recessed mount roller, so as it sits there it's going to be kind of hidden and only a little bit is going to be rolling out at the top, so it's going to keep that nice and protected. Our bracket is made out of a zinc plated steel and then our roller is made out of a nylon construction. As far as the measurements go from side to side, it's about three inches wide and then about four and a half inches long, although if we go to the end of the bolt and the nut there holding everything together, it's about five and a quarter inches long.The little channel that our roller sits in is just about an inch and five eighths wide, and then it's about one and half inches tall. We go to the top of the roller, to the bottom of the housing there, maybe about one and nine sixteenths, if we get real exact with it. more
